We don't require human review on most PRs anymore

What's also interesting to me is the data showing a change in how we build. It's enabled us to ship more focused, smaller PRs instead of bundling them into bigger ones.

Some data since rollout: 55-60% of changes don't require human review, the number of PRs we ship per day has doubled, and p90 diff size is 70% smaller
