Source: Dropsite / Nytimes. I am just a concerned human. I would bet that if everyone put their phone down for a week it could be stopped. And if murders stopped murdering people no one would be murdered. That is, no one's putting their phone down and you're just dreaming out loud again. Congress has always been able to stop this sort of thing. Many Congresspeople have been trying. But not enough Congresspeople have made it a priority. For the instant issue, look at Trump's grip over Republicans. They aren't going to move against the Administration on this whether or not they actually think it's a good idea.
