Gen Z workers are intentionally sabotaging their company's AI rollout

Good spirit of sabotage, don’t think it will work.

It is becoming apparent that it’s not if you use AI it’s how you use it.

Those who use it well will succeed, those who use it poorly will fail.

I’m seeing it in tech jobs (and it applies in other fields even more so). There’s a fine line between 5x productivity increase and “lost in the woods”. (Deliberate or due to incompetence manifest the same way)

From the management perspective the difference will be quite clear.
