AI Removed All the Tedium at Work. So Why Am I So Exhausted?

Pretty much me. I've 5 terminal tabs each with its claude code and other terminal pane with files editing etc for each claude. I've never been this tired in 20.years of work I've completed most of the poc projects I'd in my mind all the years before AI . Yet feel blank
