I think it's much better than before, and might even replace perplexity. So, yes, but there are random things that it can be disastrously bad at. Like math expressions (especially with units) where it will just give you some random hallucination. Where Gemini (even logged out) on the same thing is totally fine. In other words, it seems substantially less connected to "tools" than Gemini (even in an incognito). I think so. It is my new search engine.
