Gabbard plans to shift coveted, CIA-backed high-tech fund In-Q-Tel to her office

My main question is what impact would this have what impacts on data-access are to In-Q-Tel, if they are nationalized. Nationalizing random entities seems like a pretty wild move, and reflexively seems absurdly bad. Who are these people, who have not have government oversight, and how will they behave if given a shiny new badge? It seems inappropriate.
