Amazon is making a new smartphone more than a decade after its Fire Phone

I love my Kindle, I think it's Amazon's best product. But even so I'm not sure who the target audience is here. It's an already pretty saturated market for Android devices, and I don't think Amazon has any 'edge' on others (other than Alexa integration potentially.. but I don't see how much of an edge that really is).
