Really ? Besides Windhawk, which is limited, i never heard of anything else.
WindowBlinds and Start11. The result looks and works almost nothing like Windows 11, more like an updated Win7.

Imagine if they started on Windows 7, pinned the design, and continued fixing only old bugs. What a nice OS it could be!
I was just going to say this. Windows 7 with security packs + WSL would have been about as good as it gets on Microsoft's side.
