Hm, I'm not sure the way this begins makes a lot of sense. It seems to start by assuming you already know how game networking works, then says you have a problem of needing to deal with cheating. It feels like a summary of the field, dumped by someone who already knows game networking well, and assumes the reader knows it as well as they do, but might need reminding of some aspects.
