OpenLoom is a Chrome extension that records your screen using the browser's native Screen Capture and MediaRecorder APIs, composites a camera PIP overlay on a canvas, and uploads directly to your own Supabase project. No middleman server, no subscription, no vendor lock-in. The web player at openloom.live is a static site on GitHub Pages that fetches videos straight from your backend, it doesn't store or log anything. The entire thing is open source (extension, web viewer, provisioning flow), so you can audit every network request. Your recordings, your storage bucket, your rules.
