The Rule of Four vs. RFC 3021: Temporal Conflicts in LLM Weights

My LLM (Qwen3-480b) randomly flagged a "subnet overlap" between 10.10.10.0/31 and 10.10.10.2/31. Turns out, it’s stuck in 1999! It was applying "Rule of Four" logic from textbooks that haven't been updated for RFC 3021. It’s fascinating to see how the model's output probability shifts based on two conflicting, time-based networking rules.
