Podcasting has a Hall of Fame. Almost nobody knows it exists

Always fascinating to me how many niche awards, championships, and halls of fame exist where winning means absolutely nothing outside the community but carries enormous weight inside it.

Pure social capital that doesn't transfer. there's something almost beautiful about that.
