Google Maps now restricts its content if you're not logged in
9to5google.comIt's very nice to see this awful behavior highlighted. We're almost at the opposite end of the spectrum since 2005.

"Money by any means" <-- Oracle, patent trolls, etc.
It was pretty worthless for years already compared to when it first became available.
It was only better than Mapquest for a few years anyway, I went back to normal a long time ago.

And nothing of value was lost.
Not just reviews, but also pictures and even the opening hours. Also it looks like the map will have less detail (roads, etc.)
