Cryptographic Issues in Matrix's Rust Library Vodozemac

This is a rather poor look for matrix, which I was really hoping might be getting somewhere after it got some EU funding and adoption by government orgs.

I kinda agree that there is no practical impact, though i also don't see the downside in just fixing it?
