infosec.exchangeSecurity nerds have launched a Gofundme to buy back securityfocus.com, a domain that hosted the Bugtraq site and more than 120,000 links from the National Vulnerability Database that are now dead. Whoops.
Dont let anyone pay into it, that's a scam. If someone has the NVD database put it up on a new domain assuming a group of people have the time and resources to manage it.
