What is your understanding of the root causes of the symptoms?

What was your biggest insight? Beta blockers got my heart rate down into the normal range, which really helped with the fatigue Long Covid causes. (Was 90 bpm resting, now it's about 60) (I'm old... 62) Now I have to lose all the weight I gained while I was too tired to do anything, but at least it's possible now.
