We are all going to regret Kalshi and Polymarket

Good days of gambling are long since over. There was a lot of easy money to make there from ~2000 (when online gambling properly became a thing - i only heard about it, i joined in 2004 myself) through ~2012 (on a massive scale) and in some niche markets, through ~2017. Many of crypto billionaires today started as gambling millionaires then.

It's all gone now. Exchanges restructured fees in ways that make profitable game impossible, books got way too good on shutting down winners quickly by lowering their maximums to virtually zero, or banning outright.

Free money online is free only for a time, eventually it always runs out.
