I built JoyScreen, a small macOS menu bar app that combines four screen-related utilities I kept installing separately: • Focus View: blur inactive windows (toggle hotkey, adjustable intensity) • Brightness Boost: push brightness beyond the usual limit for bright environments • Ambient Glow: a subtle “front light” for late-night video calls • Keep Awake: prevent sleep during presentations / long downloads
