First All-Solid-State Battery in Production Vehicles

Can this battery be demonstrated fire-proof by attempting to catch it on fire with a torch ?

I could see this demonstrated to the FAA and the airlines, and overnight airlines ban all lithium batteries unless they are certified as solid state.
