It's funny to see the same people who are blaming AI for the downfall of a create OSS project.. when the problem was never AI. Its developers.
Developers always been aggressively against supporting OSS. Remember the npm fund drama? All y'all were complaining ahhh why did the thing I use for free is asking for donations in my terminal.
The support is all performative. AI didn't mess them up, it was the culture of developers.
