This is not new. "Communes" have always had this problem. No one has ever found a solution that didn't involve forced labor. Study history and human nature and quit feigning surprise.

Every time I see a big whiny post that uses the word "we" to indiscriminately paint an entire community I immediately get the feeling the "we" actually means "me."
