Ask HN: Job seekers, what's working / not working?
I've often been in the market for new software engineer opportunities and have found some untraditional ways of finding new jobs. But with so many AI tools and ATS keyword matching (and so on) I'm curious what job search strategies are working for you today? Also, what seems to be a waste of your time? what’s working? physically, mentally, and spiritually checking out. as the saying goes, not wanting is as good as having ;)
