Starlink to lower satellite orbits to avoid space debris

This is a good move, and even existing Starlink orbits are low. The big danger is from the gigantic Chinese constellations in higher orbit. Those will take hundreds of years to fall back and burn up, which means space debris could be a problem that lasts generations - if not, forever.
