Why Europe's night-train Renaissance derailed

I'd love to see Rail Baltica offer night train services from the start. It's one of the most exciting things in the Baltics currently (either in the Baltics in general, or to do with EU trains in general) and, due to the distance, an overnight sleeper service Tallinn - Berlin would be amazing.
