Apex: A unified Markdown processor for all major flavors in one C tool

it might be obvious and maybe i am a bit dim on this subject but i had to look at all the program options to see it output html. might be handy for ppl like me to say in the intro at top of readme what it processes the markdown into. other then that cool stuff, happy to see it in C so i can learn from it =}
