Hi HN! I’m Lukas, one of the builders.
We made a widget that lets users propose changes directly on your product UI. Those proposals turn into structured tickets, a clear implementation plan, and a PR you can review.
Think “Cursor for customer support.”
We built this after repeatedly drowning in feedback spread across Slack, Notion, screenshots, and email. Small teams can’t scale support, but users often know exactly what they want changed.
Instead of replying and triaging, you let users move things forward in parallel.
