Introduction to radix (best cognate-tree grower, pre-α, dormant)

Huge props for finding the time to at least publish it in its current state. I have lots of projects in various stages of abandonment where I keep telling myself that I'll come back to them eventually, even though deep down I know that realistically that's not going to happen. So it's inspiring to see someone persevere a bit more than that.
