Author also works for Cursor.this is at the very least the pinnacle of idealized startup-corporate culture… i am always skeptical of what these things look like in practice, because these kinds of pieces always seem to be a trailing indicator, but they do seem to have their collective heads in the right places…
All of that and it seems they are going to fail miserably.
Wow, tell me you're doing 996 without saying you're doing 996.
My workplace has a very similar culture and nobody works 996.
