Ask HN: Codex / Claude Code vs. Cursor?
I’d really appreciate an explanation of this: How does Codex / Claude Code compare to working within Cursor with the chat and agents? Are they effectively the same thing? Is one significantly better than the other. Please share your experiences around this I’m trying to be ass effective of an engineer as I can be at our company. - Mike

I really like Codex; the subscription with the chatbot and agent is just wonderful. I don't even want anyone to praise it, otherwise they'll probably launch additional monetization.
