The viral new "Definition of AGI" paper has fake citations which do not exist

This is embarrassing.

It's not fraud or bad paper. AI just faked the citations when real papers exist and 30+ authors was not enough to spot it.

We can't trust AI to to do valuable and simple manage menial work like keeping track of citations.
