Tell: Free karma is not the way
ghost moderation fosters self-regard, and voting up should cost you something, namely some of your own karma, and voting down ought to cost you triple, as it does in reality. i vote to reset the whole system, adjusted for some meaningful metric, perhaps those you list -- the way that real karma does!
