Cloudflare Data Platform: ingest, store, query data directly on Cloudflare

Can I create a new company based out of this platform i.e do we know if anyone builds on top of this as a platform?

The blog does call out ingest of new data. How does the existing data which could be in multitude of sources gets ingested
