Ask HN: Similar-named company's issues flooding our support – what to do?
I'm the founder of Glama. Another company "Glam" (one letter off) appears to be running hard to cancel subscription.
Every other morning I wake up to angry support emails from their customers demanding refunds. It's eating up time and damaging our reputation.
I've tried auto-responses and even creating easy to discover SEO resources, e.g. https://www.reddit.com/r/glama/comments/1mm5r4u/how_to_cancel_glam_ai_subscription/
Has anyone dealt with this? Looking for creative solutions. I guess a very clear auto reply, reviewed by a lawyer and someone that can write clear text that is friendly and easy to understand by normal people.
