Finally made it to v0.0.4 after over a year of hobby work.

There are known problems, but it works if you wanted to put it on a VPS.

Please submit any issues here.

Looking for help with the position settlement math and locking initial bets in a more elegant way if anyone has a math background and wants to pitch in.
