whatsmydns.net192.0.66.108 isn't a part of RFC1918 local networks but a fully routable net for AS2635 Automattic, Inc
I stand corrected, either way NASA.gov is entirely down.

Having problems here too, and I live right by JSC. argh.
For an hour now the DNS record for nasa.gov has pointed to 192.0.66.108, leading to a total outage of NASA web services.
Not in the outer planets area...
