The Topological Unified Field Theory on the Complex Hopf Fibration [pdf]

I'm skeptical of science publications I see on social media especially when they make grand claims, but this seems to be interesting. I don't have a deep enough physics/topology background to be able to assess this paper though. I know some theories of everything end up non-verifiable or predict anything you want it to predict. Any opinions from people with physics/topology backgrounds?
