NY Times: Why Are More Millionaires Renting?
nytimes.comdoes a millionaire own a property, rent it out, and live somewhere else? Did two millionaires with low interest rates basically swap houses? They're renters!
This millionaire count is also deceptively low. Only lists a couple hundred millionaires in the entire Seattle area.

That few? Does this not count the actual value of the owned home?
