Trump to Rebrand Pentagon as Department of War

Might be my perception from my algorithm curated news / social media feeds, but to me it looks like Trump's strategy of doing so many outrageous things every day that most of them go through unnoticed or unchallenged is working. And, after a while, the Overton window definitely shifts.
