What tools are you using for client Real User Monitoring?
Ideally I would use OTEL but the client libraries are only stable for tracing.
I’ve started looking at Sentry, NewRelic and Dynatrace. Neither are a perfect solution as it means splitting up our backend metrics (GCP, with managed Prometheus) and front end without some syncing or moving them over to them.
What does everyone else use? Commercial version of RUMvision: Comes with ServerTiming (for some customized backend metrics) + Core Web Vitals (frontend) + other custom metrics & dimension/filters. Nowadays maybe a factor as well: European tool and good customer support + in-house knowledge. I see these don’t support mobile. Do you use something else there? Do you have any needs to pull these metrics together? For Frontend metrics I use Speetals RUM.
