Charles was my uncle, and he worked at Xerox PARC back in the heyday. He worked on the original Star OS and so much more.
He was a big inspiration and hero to me, being a software engineer myself.
Just thought I would share. Very sorry for your loss. I see he has a Wikipedia page. I do not know you, nor did I know your uncle. Nevertheless he was an influence on you and I'm sorry for your loss.
