nytimes.comI've personally had very satisfying results experimenting with several distinct therapy approaches, simply instructing the AI to analyze my story or dream according to this or that school of thought, ask clarifying questions, and suggest work I should do to improve (Gottman couples therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Jungian analysis, even Nathaniel Branden's self-esteem therapy, you name it...). I initially tried it out with AI because I couldn't find any Jungian therapist in-company-insurance-network in my metro area.
