Can we use it to convince them that it knows how to create a perfectly safe rocket carrying a fully-working permanent settlement as well as a full complement of billionaire founding colonists for a one-way trip to a tech utopia on Mars that totally exists right now if they can just figure out how to get there?

Billionaires don't have enough money to deploy the scientific discoveries that have already been made.

Nobody could ever afford half of mine and I'm only one person.

Scientific discovery is not where the bottleneck lies.
