All the resources of the US government vs ... rando person not entitled to representation.

Sounds like a recipe for abuse and injustice.

But what do I know, SCOTUS has declared the POTUS more equal than others and effectively immune from from the limits on power our constitution and laws claim to provide.

Not true, this is an old news item about the abuses of process in Soviet Russia.
