Not the 'Star Wars' you thought you knew

That is the Star Wars I thought I knew. I saw it literally dozens of times.

I recall being puzzled when I went to see it a few years later, and it began with the words "Episode IV". I was pretty sure I'd have remembered that. It had, of course, been added for the Empire Strikes Back release.

What I did not notice was anything different about who shot whom in the Mos Eisley Cantina. It just hadn't stuck in my mind one way or the other.
