Substack – network error when adding images
After some 503 Service Unavailable errors, I find that I _can_ add mp4 files to an entry, but cannot add jpeg or static images of any format. This was part of a partial outage. Resolved now: https://substack.statuspage.io/incidents/ng11jmbsm41p
