Salesforce/Heroku down for 8 hours

One wonders how outages are related. I haven't checked the timing but was ChatGPT somehow impacted by this (down for several hours this AM)? Was Notion (Down for about an hour)? Were others?

We're at 14+ hours now (06:17 UTC start; 20:52 UTC most recent update as of this writing).

The post-mortem for this is going to be quite a read. Hugops to all involved.
