Learning Elvish (but not the Middle-earth one)
nevkontakte.com> It’s pretty common for me to open vim, do some editing, press Ctrl-Z to put it in the background, run some commands, and go back to vim with fg, but Elvish doesn’t support that.
I use the i3 window manager, and I rarely, if ever, do this. I see why folks would want to, I'm not saying it's foolish or bad. I'm interested in how features of larger components interact, this is a good example of doing the same thing many ways.
