Paint Plus – A FOSS Mod of Windows XP's Mspaint.exe

I made this using the leaked Windows XP source code. It adds a glitchy triangle tool, font shadow (go to the Font toolbar and click the blank button on the right), plus some other things but most importantly you can go to View > Zoom > Custom... to zoom however much you want - good for icons and pixel art.
