UTE (Universal Time for Earth) is a new, open standard that lets anyone, anywhere, express the same instant in either degrees (0–360°, like a clock hand around the globe) or millidays (0–1000 mD, a “decimal percent” of the global day). You only need one: “Now it’s 142° or 395.24 mD everywhere.”

Would you use UTE in your projects or team? What’s missing to make this a real global standard? Happy to answer technical, design, or “but why not just use UTC?” questions!
