Revert recent changes on github.com so content can render without waiting for dynamically loaded JS from a dozen domains.

The whole site used to degrade gracefully and progressively enchance. Now, it's obvious that change is driven by the Clueless. Accessibility, usability, efficiency and privacy all going down the drain view by view as the "improvements" spread.
